Inspired by Anselm Kiefer’s Buch mit FÏügeln (Book with Wings), 1992-94. This book attempts to convey messages about being human. Memory, both recalled and created, serves as a baseline for one’s experiences. As an artist, I am responding to that memory or lack of memory in order to start a dialogue and engage the viewer. 2006
